Terms & Conditions

Asaan Karo is a product of MAKSOF Technologies, a business registered in Pakistan (NTN: A062880-6), with its registered address at Plot # LS-16, Street no 10, Sector 5E, Orangi Town, Karachi 75800, Sindh, Pakistan(“we”, “us”). These terms apply to the website asaankaro.com and the Asaan Karo app.

By creating an account or using Asaan Karo you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Service Delivery Policy. If you accept on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to do so. You must be at least 18 years old.

Asaan Karo is online software (a subscription service) for businesses. Depending on your plan, it lets you:

• connect your own WhatsApp number to an AI agent that answers your customers in Roman Urdu;
• show your products or services, take orders and book appointments or tokens;
• manage your catalog, orders, customers, bookings, installment plans and follow-up messages;
• see reports on your sales and conversations, and work with your team in one dashboard.

Asaan Karo is software only. We do not sell, stock or deliver any goods, and we are not a party to any sale between you and your customers.

• Give us accurate information and keep your email address and phone number up to date.
• Keep your password private. Anything done with your sign-in is treated as done by you.
• You are responsible for the team members you invite and what they do in your account.
• Tell us at once at [email protected] if you think someone else has access to your account.

New accounts get a free trial (currently 7 days) with no payment details required. A trial is given once per business. When it ends, your account is paused — nothing is deleted — and choosing a plan brings it back. We may end a trial that is being misused.

• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are shown on our website and on the Billing screen in the app. Any government taxes that apply are shown before you pay.
• You can pay online through our partner bank's secure payment gateway (debit/credit card or mobile wallet, where offered) or by bank transfer.
• A plan is paid in advance for the period you choose (for example monthly or yearly) and is switched on once the payment is confirmed — see the Service Delivery Policy.
• Plans do not renew automatically and nothing is charged without your action. Your plan continues when the next period is paid.
• If a period is not paid, your account pauses at the end of the paid period. Your data is kept and comes back when you pay.
• We may change our prices for future periods. A period you have already paid for is never repriced, and we will tell you before a change applies to you.

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation, refunds and how to request them are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

• Your phone stays the owner of the account and you can unlink Asaan Karo at any time from WhatsApp's Linked devices screen.
• You are responsible for the number you connect and for following WhatsApp's own terms.
• WhatsApp may restrict or block a number under its own rules. We cannot control or prevent this, and we take steps to reduce the risk, but a restriction by WhatsApp is not a fault in our service.
• The connection needs your phone to stay online; if it is offline too long, you may need to scan the QR code again.

The AI agent writes its replies from the business details, catalog, prices and policies you give it, and it speaks to your customers on behalf of your business.

• AI can make mistakes. Check the orders, bookings and prices it records in your dashboard, and correct anything that is wrong.
• Keep your catalog, prices, stock and policies accurate — the agent can only be as correct as the information you give it.
• You can take over any chat at any time, and the agent will stay quiet in it.
• The agent does not give medical, legal or financial advice, and must not be used for it.

As the business using Asaan Karo, you are responsible for:

• the goods and services you sell, their quality, delivery, returns and refunds to your own customers;
• the accuracy of the prices, stock and information in your account;
• having your customers' agreement to message them, and stopping when they ask;
• following the laws of Pakistan that apply to your business.

You must not use Asaan Karo to:

• sell or promote anything illegal in Pakistan, including drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, gambling, or adult content;
• send spam or bulk messages to people who have not agreed to hear from you;
• deceive, defraud or impersonate anyone, or collect passwords or payment details dishonestly;
• send hateful, threatening, abusive or obscene messages;
• break, overload or get around the service's limits or security, or access another account's data;
• resell Asaan Karo or offer it as your own without our written agreement.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules (see section 14).

Your business information and your customers' data remain yours. You allow us to store and process it only to provide Asaan Karo to you. How we handle it is explained in our Privacy Policy. You can export your records and delete your branches at any time.

The Asaan Karo name, logo, software, website and content belong to MAKSOF Technologies. Your plan gives you the right to use the service for your business while your account is active — it does not transfer any ownership.

We work to keep Asaan Karo running at all times, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Some parts depend on services outside our control, such as WhatsApp, internet providers and AI providers. We may pause the service for maintenance and will give notice in the app where we can.

We may add, improve or remove features. If we remove a main feature your paid plan includes, you may cancel and receive a refund for the unused part of your paid period.

You can stop using Asaan Karo at any time and delete your branches and account.

We may suspend or close an account that:

• breaks these terms or the prohibited-use rules;
• puts other users, the service or us at legal or security risk; or
• we are required by law or by an authority in Pakistan to stop serving.

Unless the law or the risk prevents it, we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix the problem. After an account is deleted, its data is removed as described in the Privacy Policy and cannot be recovered.

To the extent the law allows, MAKSOF Technologies is not liable for:

• lost profits, lost sales or business interruption;
• anything WhatsApp or Meta does to your number;
• what the AI agent says, or decisions made by you or your customers based on it;
• disputes between you and your customers about goods, services, delivery or payment.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the laws of Pakistan.

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change, and we will tell you in the app or by email before an important change takes effect. If you do not agree to the new terms, you may cancel and receive a refund for the unused part of your paid period.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. If you have a complaint, please contact us first — most problems are solved quickly that way. Any dispute that cannot be settled between us will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Karachi, Pakistan.
